We offer 1-to-1 training over video calls, as well as bespoke plans that you can take to your local gym or do in the comfort of your own home. At Restorative Movement Lab, we are all about making wellness and sustainable health accessible to everyone.
How Does It Work?
Book an initial consultation where we will discuss your goals, your comfort level with exercise and your lifestyle. From there, we will come up with a plan that works for you and that hopefully makes you excited to start! This is about finding space in your life to create habits and reach your goals. If you don’t have time to get to the gym, no problem – we can work from the convenience of your home with minimal equipment. If you would prefer to hit the gym or head outdoors, we will follow your lead and create a plan that fits in with your needs, your lifestyle and your interests.

Postpartum
We love mums! We know how hard it is to find time in the day to drink a hot drink, let alone get in some time for exercise. We also know how important it is to care for your body, nourishing it with nutritious food and strengthening exercise to help you show up as the parent you want to be. Let us support you in caring for your body after birth (be that natural, c-section, forceps) and help you give your body all that it needs to recover from childbirth. We are experts in women’s wellness, holistic health and restorative exercise that will help you gently love, fuel and restore the body that helped to birth your child.
Athletes
With a background in elite sport and exercise science, we use the latest strength and conditioning techniques and the most scientifically rigorous training methods to improve your fitness, strength, plyometrics, proprioception and reaction time so that you excel at what you do. We love finding ways to improve you in every area and see you excel at your sport. We have worked alongside some of the industry’s best coaches and trainers to support world class athletes become champions.
Nutrition
We understand women’s bodies and the important role that nutrition plays in hormone balance, gut health, mental clarity and alertness. Let us support your body and mind on this wellness journey by helping you to nourish your body in the most effective way. We can create eating guides, bespoke recipe books and give evidence based advice to help you gain knowledge about how to fuel and care for your body through food.
Bespoke Guide
If 1-to-1 training isn’t for you, but you would still like a little support, we are happy to hear your goals and experience level and create an in-depth personalised guide either for home or the gym. You will receive a beautiful guide, with progressions, regressions, individualised recommendations and pictures. We will run through the exercises with you on a video call and be available for support and check ins.
