We are excited to be offering specialised group classes to help us to grow together in community, work together to become more healthy and have fun doing it. We have created bespoke classes that will strengthen and tone your body, improve your mind-body connection and support you in achieving your health goals. Contact us for more details.

We currently offer several classes, but, if you and your friends want to do a private class as a group to work towards your own goals, then we are happy to accommodate that too.
