Meet Ebony
Combining the latest scientific research with the holistic approach to wellness has produced lasting results for clients. Ebony’s unique approach to fitness, wellness and recovery mean that her clients improve their body-mind connection, prevent injury through exercise, achieve their goals and, gain knowledge about their body as an individual – unlike any other. Health and wellness is not a one size fits all and we can’t treat our bodies like taking a photo of a haircut to our hairdresser. We need to discover our body’s unique needs, the way it connects with our mind and how to keep heath and fitness a sustainable way of life.
Ebony has been working in the fitness and wellness industry for the past decade, over time becoming a specialist in women’s wellness, fitness and rehabilitation. With a BSc in Sports Rehabilitation and Exercise Science from the University of Nottingham and over 10 years of experience, Ebony has a unique advantage to being able to assess, treat and restore injuries; as well as lead clients through personalised exercise programmes that help them thrive.

Ebony is an advocate for a more informed wellness community that have the tools at their fingertips to make healthy choices, to holistically improve their wellbeing and physical fitness. Noticing a need for wholeness and healing within the industry, Ebony created Assisi Alignment to help meet that need and to fill the space where mental healing, fitness and wellness intersect. We aren’t just here to help you reach your dream body, we are here to support your body, your mind and your entire being to become well and balanced for your whole life.
Over her career, Ebony has seen how much better a person is able to sustain a healthy lifestyle, and to make positive mental and physical adaptations when they understand their bodies better and have a good reason for doing what they are doing. Let’s be honest, nobody wants to aimlessly do something over and over without knowing why. As busy wife and mother of two, Ebony knows firsthand how hard it is to make time for our own wellbeing. So, when we DO get those moments, it’s essential that we believe in what we are doing and we have all the tools at our hands to do what is best for the body and mind that support us every day.

Ebony is passionate about helping you fall in love with exercise (whether that’s lifting, dance, pilates, cardio or something else) and finding what works for you. Most of all, she loves to help people heal and create a lifestyle for themselves that is fulfilling and enjoyable.
